Some Lifeguards Could Be Cut - Photo
Traverse City, Mich. - 06/03/2005 - Noah Robitshek, 1, enjoys playing in the sand and water with his sister Eve, 4, at Clinch Park Beach. Their mother, Lisa Robitshek, sees how lifeguards can be important but even if the city cuts the lifeguards on the beach it would not change her decision to go there.
