Saturday football began in Traverse City with a match up between St Francis and Kingsley. Back and forth, forth and back went the season opener for Traverse City St. Francis and Kingsley. At the end, though, it was the Galds who triumphed – for the first over Kingsley 27-22

Friday Night Live - Photo


Traverse City, Mich. - 08/26/2005 - Kristen Lund has a tattoo airbrushed on her leg by Ray Brandt as her friend Edna Feibush watches him put color sparkles on the fresh paint at Friday Night Live in downtown Traverse City. This was the last Friday that Friday Night Live will be held during the summer. The Downtown Traverse City Association holds six of them and they estimate about 6,000 people attend each one.
