Traverse City, Mich. - 11/11/2005 - Traverse City's North Star Jake Erway (19) is tripped up by an Alpena defender as he goes for the puck during the North Star -Alpena match up in Traverse City. The Stars knocked off their in-state rivals 4-2.

Traverse City, Mich - 11/11.2005 - Charles Edwards a World War II Veteran checks in with Lori Wells for the Traverse City Senior Center "Everything Under the Sun" dinner for veterans. Veteran's who attended were greeted at the door by Wells dressed in 1040's attire. Edwards served in the Army from 1943 to 1946 and wore his uniform to the dinner.

Leland, Mich. -11/10/2005 - Fred Atkinson, from Leland, looks over some of his memorable he has saved from WWII including letters he sent home from a POW camp in Germany. Atkinson was a POW for over 28 months after his aircraft was shot down over the Mediterranean.
